You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using UPS and USPS. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
 
*Please Note : ALL ELEGANT MOMENTS LINGERIE IS SHIPPED FROM A SEPARATE LOCATION, if you are ordering goods other than Elegant Moments Lingerie, IT WILL BE SHIPPING SEPARATELY FROM YOU ELEGANT MOMENTS ORDER.

Uniquewomanonline.com ships via UPS and USPS. Current rates apply.  All orders $100.00 or more qualify for free UPS Ground shipping.   
 
What are backorders?
 
This simply means that either we are out of stock at the current moment, or the specific item is out of stock in the manufacturers warehouse. Time frames vary on backorders, it could take from 1 week to 1 month to receive backordered items. You will be notified as to the estimated delivery time for your backorders via email. There is no additional cost to ship backorders. There is only one shipping & handling charge per order and it is charged when your first shipment is sent. Additional shipments are shipped at no additional cost. Backordered items are shipped as they become available via UPS or USPS. Backordered items will be grouped and shipped together when appropriate. You will be notified via email if one or more items are going to be delayed beyond the original target date. You will also receive email confirmations and emails regarding any backorders and/ or in the unlikely event problems with your order.
 
Does Unique Woman Online accept international orders?
 
Yes, Unique Woman Online now accepts international orders and shipping. 
 
When will my order be shipped?
 
Unique Woman Online usually ships in stock items in two to three business days, between 11:00AM-5:00PM EST, excluding holidays, and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday). It is important to remember these dates and times are in effect for in stock items only. Orders will be shipped Monday-Friday; no orders will be shipped or processes on Saturday or Sunday. For Next Day or 2 Day delivery service your order must be received by 3:30PM EST, if it is not received by that time it will be processes and sent out the following business day.
 
Can I track my order?
 
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation. Your email will contain a tracking number you may use to track your order. You can then track your order from the UPS internet tracking site or USPS internet tracking site.
